Accessibility Alarm

Leibniz University is not free of barriers. As unsurprising as this is for everyone, it is frustrating for all those who are affected by it. There is an official LUH overview of barriers and accessibility of LUH buildings and premises [as of May 2018]. However, this is not enough and such an overview is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Many accessibility issues are often most obvious to those affected. We have therefore set up this accessibility alarm, which you can use to report (structural) barriers without much effort. We will then get in touch with the relevant authorities and try to change things. After all, the university has set itself the goal of removing barriers in the long term – in our eyes, this can’t happen fast enough.

Have you noticed a barrier? Then please enter it (anonymously) in our form. We will then contact the relevant department and try to ensure that the barrier is removed. If you like, please attach a photo.

If you have any comments, suggestions for improvement or criticism of the barrier reporter, please send us an e-mail to teilhabe@asta-hannover.de
