A part-time job at the AStA is available! Who will make sure the student body’s data is secure? Who will be the go-to person for student councils with questions about data privacy? Who else, if not you!
As part of the AStA team, you’ll take on the responsibility of protecting your fellow students‘ data. You will ensure that data privacy regulations are followed and actively help shape the student body’s data protection processes. You should plan for about 8 hours of work per week.
If you are interested in data privacy, university politics, and the structures of student self-governance, then you are a perfect fit for us. A legal background is a plus.

As part of the AStA, you can have a say in our projects, keep the student body informed about developments in university politics, and take responsibility for the political education of your fellow students. Expect a time commitment of at least 18 hours per week.

Liebe Mitstudierenden! Die diesjährigen Uniwahlen finden vom 13. Januar bis zum 27. Januar 2025 online statt! Alle Studierenden der Leibniz Universität sind stimmberechtigt! Auf der Uniseite https://wahl.uni-hannover.de/ könnt ihr euch mit euren WebSSo-Anmeldedaten einloggen und eure Stimme abgeben. Ihr könnt eure Vertretungen im studentischen Rat und in den Fachschaftsräten wählen. Studierende mit einem ausländischen Pass können außerdem ihre Stimme für die Ausländer*innensprecher*innen abgeben. Darüber hinaus könnt ihr eure studentischen Senator*innen, sowie Vertretung eurer Fakültätsräte wählen.
Dear fellow students! This year’s university elections will take place online from January 13 to January 27! All students of Leibniz University are eligible to vote! You can log in on the university’s website https://wahl.uni-hannover.de/ using your WebSSO credentials and cast your vote.
You can elect your representatives in the student council and the faculty councils. Additionally, students with a foreign passport can vote for the international students‘ representative. You can also vote for your student senators and representatives of your faculty councils.

Podéis elegir a vuestres representantes en el consejo estudiantil y en los consejos de facultades. Además, les estudiantes con pasaporte extranjero pueden votar por les representantes de estudiantes internacionales.
